Sometimes They Camee Back And It's Like the First Time.
Heartlight songs I did't know this digital version of Neil Diamond's "Hearthlight"did exist until I found it listed on CDUniverse Catalog; simply, I did go on and on looking for it for years, for I wouldn'have accepted it didn't exist. Again, a CD or a vynil(CDs can sound well as Lps did on good CD players) makes the difference, when a record is concerned. Since I never had the opportunity to be present at a Diamond concert, and never saw this title of him considered by the European Discographic Industry in recent years, and since I have no more the opportunity to listen to "Earthlight"on my old turntable, I purchased this CD but I did not do this out of nostalgy: the promises made by the music and the texts of its songs are always actual. I could have buyed a quarter-of-a-century old copy of this album but I did not and will not buy it. One last thing about this recording: in 1983 the distribution made some journalist write that Neil Diamond had dedicated the album and some songs of it to E.T. Guess why I buyed it, then, however known to me Neil Diamond was?

The title track......
is the reason why I bought this CD and I was pleasantly surprised - usually there a few album tracks that are not very good, but I must say I actually enjoyed a number of tracks as much as the title track - good effort.

I am truly surprised that this album has not been reviewed as much as others. All the songs are quite good. This album certainly should find place in your Diamond collection.
