| Disco Diva
An almost perfect debut. Very '70s,very disco and very brave. Send In The Clowns,Sorry and What I Did For Love are as best as disco can get. The two hits I Need A Man and La Vie En Rose don't really fit in with the others, but what the hell. Competing against the queens of disco like Donna Summer,Sister Sledge,Chaka Khan etc Grace manages to pull it off!by sounding totally like a new force that has arrived to the scene.

| Disco Grace
Grace Jones exploded in the late 70s disco culture with this album that proves that she was not just a one hit wonder. As Send In The Clowns,Sorry,I Need A Man and the lush La Vie En Rose provide the listener with ample disco fusion. However during that time disco was pretty much ruled by Donna Summer,Chic,Boney M and Sister Sledge. So it was no surprise that Miss Jones could not really match those artists on an international level. Nevertheless this album does provide us with a relatively pleasant listen.

| Queen of Disco
In the late 70's Grace became a major star. Topping the charts with "I Need A Man" (one of the best known diso songs of all times), and "La Vie En Rose" which went gold in Europe. A great disco dance album with a pinch of her future style, Grace remains just as appealing and attracted in her own stylish way. A+.
