Classic, hard-aching country!! This is great - not really good-time music, but awesome cooking in the kitchen waiting for your man to come home music!! I loooove it. By Jenna (Shrewsbury, MA) This review is for a different format.
what a voice This cd lets you see who the best real country female singer of today really is.. By bmoore6945 (so charleston, wv) This review is for a different format.

Vintage Country The one thing you can count on in country music is no matter what fad or "POP, HIP HOP" sound music row is putting out there is always going to be true traditional country coming from some crack in system and this time its Lee Ann Womack's turn. Everything about this CD says vintage 70's country. The cd cover is reminisent of Dolly, Loretta and Tammy's album covers. The cd itself is printed with the old rainbow MCA label on it. The songwriting and the guitar and steel guitar licks are so vintage I feel like Im back in a Bakersfield or Pasadena Honky Tonk. This is so well worth it, Lee Ann did a bang up job recording this cd. When you get tired of listening to the hip hop on country radio call your DJ and request "I may hate myself in the morning". Then go out and purchase this CD and keep country music alive and well. By scott (olympia,wa) This review is for a different format.
This Is True Country Music I was very pleased to own this CD after hearing it. It's not the usual trash that has become country music, this is good old fashion country music, the way it's supposed to be. Way to go Lee Ann, you're one hot mama!!! By Duke (Robeline, LA) This review is for a different format.
