| I agree
This album represents the Alice Cooper Band in all their early glory, before everyone forgot the fantastic band that propelled the man into fame. Not perfect as Love it to Death, but it stands on its own. For fans only.

| Weird, but good weird!
Every review I've read concerning this & Easy Action stated that they sound a lot like "the Beatles", although myself I think they sound mostly like Syd Barrett's Pink Floyd. No sense in comparing though, it's the Alice Cooper band before they were nurtured by Bob Ezrin with full orchestration & backup session musicians etc. All bands are better before everyone else knows about them. Pink Floyd is the biggest example of this corporate rock pig.

I think that this cd is for people who are very interested in Alice Cooper. This is the young Alice Cooper, not the big and reflected Alice. Just a interesting cd.

| grass roots alice
This album is interesting for its very apparent "experimental" edge, but also for the fact that it has definite links to later works - most notably the track Reflected which is clearly an early version of the classic Alice track Elected. There are also riffs and lyrics that re-emerge on the album Schools Out. For Marilyn Manson fans - note the "insect sounds" of track 2 - they are echoed by Manson in his MUCH later work.
