 Last Tango in Paris review Product Description
Marlon Brando plays Paul, an American expatriate whose wife has recently committed suicide. Maria Schneider is Jeanne, a young Frenchwoman engaged to be married to an earnest young filmmaker. | Provocative and Mind boggling
I saw this movie in the theater upon it's opening. I had forgotten how violent and explosive this movie portrayed the relationship between a man and a woman. How far will a woman go to love a man and still allow herself to be sexually abused after the initial fling? Unfortunately, this is still prevalent today. "Last Tango in Paris" will also make your head spin while provoking some serious insight and thoughts to human relationships. This movie was a shocker back in the 1970's and it still is today. A must see for all those who are into "heady" experiences regarding human nature and love.

| Sexually provocative and intense
I love this movie. I consider it to be one of Marlon Brando's greatest performances. It highly erotic and complex. Although Maria Schneider adds incredible sex appeal to the movie and she is good the film belongs to Marlon Brando hands down. I love the way the characters played by Marlon and Maria are consumed body and soul by their obsessive and somewhat dangerous sexual encounters. The movie is a masterpiece in my humble opinion and it is highly regarded as one of best movies ever made of any era. Highly recommended (for adults only).
