| Disappointed...
Metamorphosis songs Mercenary was one of my favourite metal bands: until Henrik left in 2006. Their new sound, the "changes in their musical direction" as the critics call it, does not suit me: they became an another commercial, mainstream, howling and pounding death metal band, such as thousands of them out there. That more melodic, special, unique sound of theirs is gone; cant tell the difference now between Hatebreed, Sybreed, etc or these guys anymore; what a shame. I have given up hope that they will ever return to their roots and am going back to listen to the old records; suggest you do the same....

| Disappointing
What a disappointment after the great "Hours of remain" album... totally different sound, unfortunately; now they sound just like another In Flame, Soilwork, Scar Symmetry, etc; only worse....

pretty new to mercenary, but i must say, the music on this album is amazing for the most part. good stuff.
