Not One Waisted Second/A REAL 5 Star Recording
Often joke with my wife whenever I purchase Thorogood's new album (and I do own them all)how they all basically sound somewhat wonderfully similiar. Yesterday when I brought this one home affectionately made the same comment. Perhaps I spoke a little too quickly. There is something different and even more refreshing than anything I have heard from this great artist in a long time. It is filled with Chess magic and vibrant and heartfelt throughout. Quite an accomplishment for a gunslinger who has been around for a few years.

Exactly what you would expect from a Thorogood album. I've been a fan from the the very first Rounder LP.

just awesome
I have loved George for a very long time but sometimes felt that he wsa just going through the motions... NOT HERE. You can tell that these guys truly love the Chess label and the result is George and the guys sounding better than ever. If you are a fan you will love this... If you have ever wondered what George can do this will hook and convert you. just awesome.
