Alive! album for sale Product Description

Alive! album for sale by Kiss was released Oct 18, 2011 on the Universal Japan label. When Kiss released the double album ALIVE in 1975, the purpose was to capture the spark and energy of their electrifying live shows. Although the spectacular lighting, Gene Simmons' blood-spitting and Ace Frehley's smoke-emitting guitar went unseen, the thunderous power with which Kiss performed every night came across easily. Recorded during a 1975 tour, ALIVE may not have matched FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE in sales, but it put Kiss on the map in the eyes of the music-buying public.   ...See Full Description

classic live album of the 70's
This kiss's best live album by far even better than Alive 2 considering it was a whole entire concert drum/guitar solos and all and it was definitely raw/not exactly over polished.Alive 2 was good but was somewhat edited to avoid the risk of repeating songs and some songs were just done from afternoon sound checks. Not to mention they were leaving some time for 5 songs of studio material.

One of their best double live albums ever!
I think it's the best concert two cd set from 1975 in my opinion here. Alive has the band KISS perform their classic greatest hits. Songs choosen from the debut record to Dressed to Kill. So please ignore the previously recent review I did on here.

the best ever!
Without a doubt, Kiss alive is the greatest live album of alltime. I remeber when I first heard the opening chords and explsions of Deuce, I went into another zone. Each song moves smoothly, but when we get to 100,000 years the band blows the speakers apart. Not only do you hear how tight and hungary they were but you really see how each individual shines. The opening bass is out of this world, the drumming is great and Paul Stanley shows why he is the leader. All in all kiss is the greatest show on earth.
