| Amazing remastering job!! If you're new to Miles Davis, don't start here. If you're a diehard fan, in particular his 'electric' period, this is near-essential! For those who have the regular cd issued in the US, you'll truly notice the difference in sound quality with this DSD remaster (very glad the technology is being used for more than SACD's). | listen guys and gals to the best Hey listeners, I have reviewed this CD once before. I now have the super enhanced remix from Japan - WOWWWWWW! This always was good however now all the subtleties are captured and it is like listening to a new recording. By a_lankester (exeter, uk) This review is for a different format. |
| the best I have managed to purchase this album 4 times, this is because I can't help but turn people on to what I think is Miles best album. By Carl1uluv (D.C.) This review is for a different format. |
| Agharta - the Best The best of Miles Davis. This disc should own everyone By adamamal (Athens, Greece) This review is for a different format. |
| Energetic roller coaster Another reissue of Agharta and Pangaea. Sound is certainly a lot better than on my early 1990s CDs. These could have been 5-star masterpieces with some editing, but in their current form, each containing two CDs and about 90 minutes of music, they also contain sections where Miles and the band seem to be thinking where to go next.
