| Worth the Liberties Taken
Shakespeare in Love review OK, so the producers took some liberty with Shakespeare's life and play-writing. Little matter, because the production values, the reconstruction of the theater and its limitations in those days, the plot-line, the acting - all these add up to a most enjoyable movie.

Shakespeare in Love BRAY for sale This is a chick flick for guys! I've never been a big Paltrow fan but she is absolutely amazing here. This is a sad, funny story filmed perfectly.

| One of the Best
Shakespeare in Love movie The concept is great and it followed through very well. The cast is excellent. I love Colin Firth's character. It was a change to see him play a bad guy instead of a good guy.

I watched this in the theater when it came out, no big thrill. I was shocked when it beat out Saving Private Ryan for best picture.
