What a great start. Steve says that he spent years trying to find a way to express the music inside of him and he finally knew how to do it when Bruce Springsteen brought out 'Born in the U.S.A.' which gives us another reason to be thankful for Bruce Springsteen. It's all here the deep soulfull voice, the deep meaningfull lyrics and the feeling that you just sat down and had a few beers and got a bit of the life story of a very interesting man. This expanded edition gives us the bonus track 'State Trooper(live)' thanks again Bruce. I have to say I got this album on Super Audio CD and it was a good choice.

I'm a big Steve Earle fan. Been waiting for the Guitar Town remaster for quite awhile. Great sound, great price.
