Mortal Kombat cheats Product Description
A year after its debut on HD consoles, Warner Bros. Interactive's reboot of the iconic Mortal Kombat series slices its way onto Vita with 150 new challenge missions, touch-screen controls, and all the over-the-top violence fans expect from the franchise. Players can enjoy classic 2D fighting action as they join familiar characters like Sub-Zero, Liu Kang, and Raiden for story-driven campaigns and the 300-mission "Challenge Tower" mode, and this version also includes all of the PS3 DLC, including the ability to fight as or against Freddy Krueger and Kratos.
The Vita's touch-screen controls and accelerometer have been fully utilized, allowing gamers to swipe away onscreen blood during matches, knock down incoming missiles, keep their character level in the "Test Your Balance" mini-game, and slice through flying body parts in the Fruit Ninja-like "Test Your Slice" mode. Players can also unleash special moves and fatalities simply by swiping the touch screen. The Vita version includes new challenge maps and unlockables, and multiplayer fans can take on friends in local or online matches.

| One of the best fighting games released in recent memory. If you grew up playing arcade games like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter 2 in the arcades, this is an excellent game that brings Mortal Kombat back to its more competitive roots. While the 3D games were kind of fun, they lacked the mortal kombat feel and the fighting was slow and shallow. Specials mid combo were highly limited and being unable to cancel from normals into special moves really hampered the already shallow fighting mechanics. And though the characters had different fighting styles, they largely remained the same due to the limitations of the fighting engine. They were fun games, but they could have been so much better. When the PS3 and 360 were released, MK vs DC came out and though it was largely considered not to be a tournament worthy fighter and made no pretences to be such, it had the best mechanics in a 3D mortal kombat game. As specials were again at the forefront of the mechanics, and not just simple projectiles that can easily be avoided, it helped set the characters apart even more. | Looks Awesome I haven't played this game yet, but from what I've seen on Youtube, I have to say, I was impressed with what I saw. The gameplay looks solid, story mode is excellent, Challenge tower... I could take it or leave it, but overall the game looks it. By boykin1 (Ohio) This review is for a different format. |
