Rossini: Il Barbiere di Siviglia; La Cenerentola; L'Italiana in Algeri; Il Viaggio a Reims Hetoreyn once again performs music for the renowned sci-fi web series "Starship Farragut", this time with their 3rd major episode entitled "The Price of Anything". Performed with exceptional skill and grace using the equally renowned Vienna Instruments Hetoreyn crafts a dynamic score that ensures the audio experience nothing less than a roller-coaster ride for the listener. The U.S.S. Farragut is dispatched on a dangerous mission near enemy borders. When Captain Carter and his father, a scientist with a rare plant that holds the cure to a deadly disease, accidentally collide with an enemy scout vessel they are marooned on a hostile desert planet with an escaped killer monster from the other ship. Time is against the crew of the Farragut as they attempt to find their missing shipmates only to come face-to-face with a powerful Romulan warbird, bent on destroying them. On the planet Captain Carter makes his last stand and must face an unstoppable creature to save himself and his father. Enjoy this exciting new original music score, giving more than a good nod back to traditional 1960's style, from composer Hetoreyn. Rossini: Il Barbiere di Siviglia; La Cenerentola; L'Italiana in Algeri; Il Viaggio a Reims The Chamber Ensemble 'Vocalis' was founded in 1981. From the beginning the group has been led by Anna Godunska, with sacred music from different epochs and folk-inspired music from all over the world in its repertoire. The ensemble is a laureate of many choir tournaments: Legnica Cantat (1994, 2001), International Festival of Choir Song in MiA™dzyzdroje (1998, 2006), Festival of Choir Song in Katowice (1998), International Choir Festival in Barczewo (2009). Besides participating in festivals the singers have also performed several times overseas, recorded a CD with Christmas Carols ("KolA™dy") and cooperated with the Polski Theatre in Szczecin. But mostly they are holding charity concerts at churches and concert halls in Szczecin. They also sang "Missa Criolla" by Ariel Ramirez and "Magnificat" by J.S. Bach. And less officially :-) - 30 years ago a group of friends singing in different choirs in Szczecin wanted to sing in a small ensemble, as long as in tune and with feeling. The 16-year-old Anna has been put in the middle of the group where she remains today. The conception of the Ensemble is as follows: to rarely sing but beautifully, to play upon heartstrings of the listeners and to see emotion in their eyes. Rarely loud, often softly in order to show the beauty of the piece and its emotional message.
