This latest movie based on Robert B Parker's book did not reach the same high standard as the others. It was too short. 88 minutes does no allow for all the "happenings" described in the book. Virginia

| Cheesy. Boring. Bad plot. No cast.
I adore the Selleck/Stone movies and have all of them. This one was made-for-money!! The dialogue was cheesy and repetitive. The plot was shallow with no twists or turns, utterly predictable. The Exec Producers cut down on costs with no cast. Selleck answers the phone, makes the coffee, and presumably scrubs out the offices too. And how many close ups of the coffee jug did we see - 7 or 8????? Very badly directed. Zero cast. Low budget crap.
