| Love this, the best they've done so far
I suspect the latest release from BCC will be regarded as a classic. By far one of the best rock CD's I have heard in years.

| BCC just keep on rolling!
I am so impressed by this album. Most of the songs are written by Glenn and they are really fantastic. Jason Bonham's brilliant drumming really shines here too. This is a mature BCC that like fine wine just keeps getting better.

Afterglow songs If you had to own one (so unfair of a question) would it be this? Maybe. Afterglow album If you have ten choices, there is nothing to think about - it would be in. Raw, powerful, soulful. Incredible song writing. Singing off the charts! I can't say enough about Afterglow.

GG Allin, The Membranes and My Dad Is Dead are omitted from the CD, appearing only on the Cassette and LP.
Though a lot of Homestead artists do appear, this is not your typical label sampler. Every track is somehow a rarity; there are cassette-, B-side-, and even CD-only (remember, this was 1988) cuts sprinkled among the many unreleased ones. Though typical Homestead acts like Big Dipper, Salem 66, and Bastro are represented, the Flying Nun fan will appreciate rarities like Tall Dwarfs great "Gravity" and the equally worthy "Doomsday" by the Verlaines. (Homestead was the first label to extensively license New Zealand rock in the US.)
