Brothers-in-law Kayle Greiman and Daniel Matlach never set out to become a band. They had but one thing on their minds: escaping kitchen duties at family get-togethers. The two found themselves retreating into the Matlach's basement-a solid concrete oasis where a keyboard and an old drum set entertained the stow-aways. This less than noble desire to evade domestic responsibilities eventually led to the formation of what they now call Bruder.
