Celebration Day album by Led Zeppelin was released Nov 19, 2012 on the Atlantic (Label) label. On December 10, 2007, Led Zeppelin took the stage at London's O2 Arena to headline a tribute concert for dear friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. Celebration Day songs What followed was a two-hour-plus tour de force of the band's signature blues-infused rock 'n' roll that instantly became part of the legend of Led Zeppelin. Celebration Day album Founding members John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant were joined by Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John Bonham, to perform 16 songs from their celebrated catalog including landmark tracks "Whole Lotta Love," "Rock And Roll," "Kashmir," and "Stairway To Heaven." Recorded at Led Zeppelin's historic 2007 concert at London's O2 in memory of Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, this album sees the first full reunion of the surviving members of Led Zeppelin in 27 years. Surpasses everything
Celebration Day CD music The best rock band of the 20th century delivers the best performance of the 21st century. I hearded so many great reviews about this concert for the past 5 years. Believe it or not, it's about 5 times better than anything I imagined.

Better Than Expected
Celebration Day songs Brillant! Superb! Awesome! These are just three words to describe this wonderful concert they gave in 2007. Why they waited so long to release it, is anybody's guess. But, it was well worth the wait. All the members sounded like they were at the top of their game... and beyond. Jason Bonham did his father proud by the way he was able to keep in step with every song that was played. Jimmy Page was the best he has ever sounded, Robert Plant reached every high note he sang back in their heyday, and, John Paul Jones played like they never broke up. All the favorites are here. It is truly a feast for the ears. It is a must have for every Led Zeppelin fan and those who are skeptical about how they have aged. You will not be disappointed.

What a ripoff!!!
Why would anyone sell a Blue Ray with only the song titles for video? What a big disappointment! This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen, I've waited for days expecting the concert video and have a blank screen and audio.

These guys can still do it!
I didn't know how this was going to turn out when I heard it was happening but at their age they certainly do not disappoint. Musicianship is like they never stopped playing... .... just not as much improv as they did back in the day live. Jason Bonham has really matured into one of the best drummers in modern day and does an outstanding job... .... sound and vision quality is also some of the best out there!!!
