LV album for sale by Chickenfoot was released Dec 18, 2012 on the Earmusic label. Released exclusively as a limited-edition set in Europe and bundled into a box set in America, the 2012 live album LV contains highlights from the tours Chickenfoot took in 2012 and 2009 to support their albums. The first half rounds up highlights from 2012, when they were working on their second album, while the second half is culled directly from a 2009 concert in Phoenix. Three years may separate these recordings, but you'd be forgiven if you thought they all were from the same show, as Chickenfoot haven't changed their approach: they're about big, rowdy party music, sounding just a bit rougher and louder on-stage than they do on record.
