This Baltimore/DC-area outfit first came to public attention in 2000 with NOW YOU SEE INSIDE. TOMORROW's somewhat more jaded lyrical approach bespeaks a band who's been through the mill of fame and media exposure and come out the other side. As on their first album, the band that's named for a super-fast spy plane mixes melodic know-how with heavy rock power. The title track, for example, is full of the kind of angst-ridden post-grunge that wouldn't sound out of place on a Bush album. Other songs bear a more melodic, pop-friendly approach. With the production input of Everclear/New Found Glory knob-twirler Neal Avron, TOMORROW is an immaculately crafted mix of alternative rock (whatever that means at this late date), hard rock, and pop, with its appeal maximized for mass consumption and a radio feeding frenzy.

Live Recording

SR-71: Mitch Allan (vocals, guitar); Mark Beauchemin (guitar, background vocals); Jeff Reid (bass, background vocals); John Allen (drums, background vocals).

Producers: Neal Avron, SR-71, David Bendeth, Butch Walker, Mitch Allan.

5 stars HOTTEST NEW CD OF 2002!!!
SR-71's new release "TOMORROW" is the hottest CD I have heard so far this year! This band knows how to bring rock to a level everyone can enjoy. You want to sing along with songs like "GOODBYE" & "LUCKY". While the other full of energy tracks like "THEY ALL FALL DOWN" ,"MY WORLD" & "TOMORROW" really get your blood pumping. If you are looking for some deeper emotions to surface, then songs like "TRUTH" & "HELLO HELLO" are for you. A combination of great lyrics, heavy guitars, cool bass lines and awesome drums, make 'TOMORROW' a must have this year.I love every song on this CD and will recommend it to any music fan! GREAT JOB SR71!!!

4 stars Great Album
This album is fabulous. Definitely pick it up--songs are wonderfully written and produced. Check out My World---my favorite. Also, Non-Toxic has been re-released!
