| Interesting re-recording
I've loved Love/Hate since their first album, so initially i didn't see much point in buying a greatest hits cd since i already had all their albums. then i found out these were newly recorded versions of the old songs, so my curiosity was piqued. yes, they do sound different from the originals and generally in a good way, although to be honest they've ruined "She's an angel". the rest's all good though and since thier old albums are long deleted this is the only way a lot of people will get to hear these songs, and they are fantastic songs...

love/hate...what can i say. it would have been a five-star move to re-issue "BLACKOUT IN THE RED ROOM", but i'm not columbia records, so i can't fix the world's problems. this is the best of love/hate, these songs are re-recorded versions for 2000, but rock hard regardless. if you loved rock, buy this CD. if you think jizzy's the coolest singer on the planet, buy this CD. if you're too high to remeber love/hate...slap yourself, then buy this CD. have i made my point, just buy this CD...and "let's eat", and LA Guns "shrinking violet" while you're here
