Giving The Devil His Due Music Coal Chamber Giving The Devil His Due Songs Giving The Devil His Due Music Review Average Rating: (4 out of 5 stars) Last effort to bring in money before they dis-banded it's a good thing CC broke up. they werent improving on their albums and Dez Fafara is an asshole. actual CC songs are bad enough but their b-sides are even worse. you can tell this was a last effort to bring in money. this is just a crappy album and when you buy an album full of b-sides you know are getting ripped off. Good Buy If You're A Fan Any Coal Chamber fan has heard most of these songs before. The re-mixes are pretty cool but some of the songs should have been left alone. The live track and saving the hastle of switching cd's to hear your favorite CC songs is worth the buy. Submitted by Cujo (Bronx, NY) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
COAL CHAMBER'S MUSIC LIVES ON I don't care what anybody says: no band in the universe can top Coal Chamber. They're the most original, badass, talented band ever to hit the music scene. Even if they're not together anymore, we have their 4 masterpiece albums to remember them by. This CD has songs that didn't quite make it to their other albums (still kickass, no worries!), remixes, original versions....I recommend this to any Coal Chamber fan. Giving The Devil His Due
$13.19 And now for something completely different...Expanded reissue of this 1980 Monty Python album that contains more songs than comedy skits and includes four additional bonus tracks including alternate versions and radio ads. 27 tracks including 'Sit On My Face', 'Traffic Lights', 'I Like Chinese', 'I'm So Worried', 'Rock Notes' (which is the skit that Toad The Wet Sprocket took their name from), 'Decomposing Composers' and many more naughty bits. EMI. 2006.
The title sounds like a joke, but the truth of the matter is, Monty Python owed Arista Records one more album under the terms of their contract. The group had temporarily split to work on other projects, and as a result, not all members of the group participated equally--in fact, John Cleese is barely on the album at all. Nonetheless, this scattershot collection of songs and spoken word daffiness is one of the group's most inspired audio projects. From the opening "Sit on My Face," one of the group's best musical numbers, to the charmingly sadistic "Farewell to John Denver," which, unsurprisingly, they got sued over, the material is mostly first-rate. Even lesser material like "Traffic Lights" and "Here Comes Another One" has an amusingly cranky tone befitting the album title. Like the title says, by the late '70s Monty Python was less interested in continuing under their group name, except for the occasional foray into film. John Cleese ...

Giving The Devil His Due

Led by the enigmatic Andi Sexgang the band released a number of critically acclaimed and commercially successful albums in their time.Andis latest album is Inventing New Destruction and is the second of three new albums recorded and released by Andi in 2006. The album was recorded in Berlin and features Matthew Saw and DJ Ragnar. The album will appeal to the large fan base commanded by Andi Sexgang and awareness has been heightened by recent key live dates by Andi in Europe.
Audio Mixer: Ragnar. Audio Remasterer: Ragnar. With INVENTING NEW DESTRUCTION, veteran U.K. goth-rock performer Andi Sex Gang (born Andrew Hayward) unveils a fittingly dark, brooding set that incorporates spoken-word passages, as heard on the eerie "King Richard in the Heartland." Other standout tracks on this outing by the ex-Sex Gang Children frontman include the industrial-tinged "Dust and Death" and the macabre carnivalesque number "Rhineland Barbie." Opening with "The International Third Position," a strange mix of techno-meets-minimal-meets-industrial, which sounds as if the duo from Suicide found themselves being stretched inside a taffy maker for close to seven minutes, this CD from Andi Sex Gang explores a variety of ideas with some of those ideas hitting and some missing. Recorded and mixed by Ragnar at Eaglehaus and UFO Studios ...
