I decided to get it on DVD and revisit it. It is a great musical. A few scenes is a little mature for small children but overall it a movie the whole family can enjoy. Terrific Little Shop Of Horrors video Having come to this movie late (sometime in 2000 for the first time) even though I've known of it since it was released in cinemas, I can only say that it is a marvelous, fun romp through the sci-fi musical genre. Excellent songs and excellent user of the original Roger Corman story line shot in the early 60's. The movie is an outstanding example of how to translate the stage to film (another is West Side Story, but that is another story... ). Overall, well worth the money.
