Van Halen Live: Right Here, Right Now DVD

 A little to much editing and dubbing
Not a bad concert video. Mix is decent but the video gets comical at one point and had to be done that way on purpose. During "Finish What Ya Started" every other scene is from the two different shows the video was shot from. Chalk another one up to over production of what was, possibly (only the engineer knows), a really good live show. Of course they rip it up. I personally prefer more raw footage and less audio tampering to truly get the essence of the shows. Those of you who have "Dio - Evil or Divine" or "Yngwie - Live in Brazil" know what I speak of. And if you don't have these and want to see a couple of shows where you get exactly what happened, occasional booger notes and all (and there's not too many), get 'em.

 Smashing
Always been a big fan. lt's pitty they don't make a tour that much. For several years ago they paid a visit to Holland. It was remarkeble seeing a lot of young people. Maybe because they are more or less dutch ?? Like to purchase the DVD Live in New Haven? This concert is even better !!!

 the recorded version is so much better
I have the best of van halen vol.1 and when I watched the concert on vcd, they sounded so much different...I guess thats what you get when you manipulate during recordings...

Awesome concert footage with Van Halen rocking like always, very awesome dvd,if you like VAn Halen you have to buy this dvd.
