Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis PC Game
Following in the tradition of SimCity and Theme Park, *: Operation Genesis involves designing a dinosaur theme park from the ground-up and then maintaining its economic viability by keeping things safe and stable. Of course, that may be easier said than done when the "attractions" include velociraptors, tyrannosaurs, and other fearsome creatures. In addition to creating the park, players are challenged to complete a series of 12 missions ranging from dinosaur control to enduring the ravages of nature.

Playing against a clock that's tracking years, months, and weeks, play begins with a budget of one million dollars and ends after 20 years of operation or bankruptcy -- which ever comes first. Players must design the park by creating roadways, walkways, and buildings such as restaurants, hotels, gift shops, and of course, dinosaur attractions. Park designs can be completely customized and in addition to the roadways and facilities, landscaping can also be added. Details, from the capacity of each facility to the price of park entry, can be customized as well.
