The American Trade Organization has declared a State of Emergency. You join an underground crew to put this organization out of business. This is where you come in to be one of the bad guys to tear everything up. You are allowed to play one character out of five different ones who have their own unique backgrounds. The graphics were cool but, this game fell short of my expectations. Maybe if this game came out before GTA3 it I would enjoy it more but, it didn't.

A mean come on this game is a buzz especially on kaos mode the graphics are great the game is great and i am rating it a five what brilliant game.

SOE is considered as one good and enjoyable games... looking at its story line, weaponary. hard to imagine, but its there... undoable in real world, but it is happening there... have fun with this one hell out of a game... destroy all u want, shoot everyone u see, and enjoy the fun u will experience

mode is the bread and butter of
this game what other game can
you cut a guys head of then pick it up and pulverize people
with it?? If have a nice stereo
with a sub you will love the
sound especialy the minigun. If
you suck at this game dont give
