In this third-person action game based on Sam Raimi's blockbuster movie, players assume the role of Peter Parker and his alter-ego Spider-man to defend the city from the clutches of evil. The game starts off with Peter in his wrestling costume, but soon as has players learn and master all-new combat moves, webslinging and dizzying airborne acrobatics. Move through stunning scenes from the movie as you explore enormous city environments with newfound maneuverability. Battle the world's toughest villains, including Shocker, Vulture, and the Green Goblin. The game features unlockable secrets like mini games, new costumes and DVD extra features. I thought the game was great,but it had some downfalls,like, when you fall from your webbing you die and its hard to navigate.overall,cool game but the second ones much better.

All good but a few problems
I think that the game was great. The controls, i more attack combos it was all amazing. I would tell anyone to buy this game if they like spider-man or being a super hero at all. But i did think the game was too short and easy. More villans would of been better also. And why put the vulture in the game. But it is an overall good game and unlocking green goblin is a plus.

Spider-Man: The Movie Hints Start the game on hard or super hero difficulty and get into the first level. Use the pause menu and quit out to the main shell. Enter the "ARACHNID" cheat in the cheats menu which will open up all levels. Use "Level Warp" to go to the conclusion level. This is only the final cinematic where Norman reveals himself to Spidey and is taken out by the glider. When you play this cinematic you have essentially beaten the game on whatever difficulty you chose at the beginning. Get back to the main menu and enter the "Secret Store". Turn on the Green Goblin. Use "Level Warp" or just start a new game and you will be playing as the Green Goblin. You will be playing at whatever difficulty you chose at step one unless you choose to start a new game and select a new difficulty. Check our strategy guide for even more great cheats!
