A deadly plague is taking hold on a grimy, post-apocalyptic planet Earth. But a cure for the disease could lie in the computer brain of a cyborg named Pearl Prophet -- who's in the possession of a lowlife gang of mutants, led by the evil, imposing Fender. Attempting to save the world is heroic Gibson Rickenbacker, who pursues and battles the thugs for ownership of Pearl. But Gibson also has revenge on his mind, for Fender murdered Gibson's family many years ago.

The America of the future is a wasteland of anarchy and incurable disease. When a cyborg whose brain contains the formula for a plague cure is captured by cannibalistic pirates, a good-hearted mercenary springs into action to deliver her safely to the Centers for Disease Control.

5 stars Cyborg was ahead of it's time.
This movie was an acton pack thriller before the opening credits even started. Also if your an individual that likes a super human villain, pick this up. The last fighting sequence in Atlanta shows Van-damme's skill and martials power that rips the villain apart. I'm talking physically giving it to him. The movie is power, skill, and passion that keeeps your attention. Just bye it and you'll enjoy. From what I have seen Cyborg was ahead ot it's time.

1 star Astounding
Rule of dumb: The way to quickly check a movie is to check the intelligence of the reviewers. For each spelling mistake in the first four reviews on this film, please minus one star from the apparent quality of the film. If you can't find any faults, hey well that means this film is FOR YOU dear. PS it really is quite rubbish, even second time round, even whilst watching ironically!

2 stars NOT THE BEST ONE
FOR ME THIS MOVIE REALLY IS NOT THE BEST ONE FOR VAN DAMME, FIRST THE FX ARE REALLY VERY POOR, LIKE HOMEMADE FXs, AND THE OTHER REASON IS THAT IN ALL THE MOVIE YOU JUST HEAR SCREAMS AND GOARS ALL THE TIME, AT THE END OF THE MOVIE REALLY YOU ARE TIRED OF. I THINK THAT THIS IS A VERY CHAPE MOVIE, NEVER LIKE UNIVERSAL SOLDIER, TIMECOP OR HARD TARGET.

4 stars Ahead of it's time!
Though it's been firmly stated that Jean Claude Van Damme falls into the category of struggle acting, you cannot deny his swirling martial arts moves that he really knows how to grace the screen with. I only recently saw this film yesterday evening and really does offer some really refreshing memories. This has to be for me anyway, an underrated classic. I liked the whole concept that the film payed homage to other classics like Mad Max of a future paluged with misery, thus dominated by cut-throat madmen. In this Jean Claude really knows how to kick ass. Like Deep Blue Sea, this another one of those types of films you may want to sit back and watch with a couple of friends just to enjoy a bit of wham-bang entertainment for the next two hours. Go see you won't be disappointed.

Though HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN director Alfonso Cuaron still holds the crown for best film in the series, David Yates is making an attempt at a coup with HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE. Dark, gleefully funny, and beautifully shot, this adaptation of J.K. Rowling’s novel should please fans despite numerous changes to the 650-page source material. In this sixth film in the series, Harry’s (Daniel Radcliffe) inevitable confrontation with the dark wizard Voldemort grows closer, and Hogwarts headmaster Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) wants the young student to be prepared. He guides Harry through a memory of a young Voldemort, but an important moment is missing. Harry must extract this memory from the new Hogwarts teacher, Horace Slughorn (a perfectly slimy Jim Broadbent), who is as eager for fame as he is reluctant to revisit this painful moment. Meanwhile, romance rules the school of witches and wizards, with Hermione (Emma Watson) and Ron (Rupert Grint) refusing to admit their feelings for each other. Harry also harbors a secret love of his own: Ron’s younger sister, Ginny (Bonnie Wright). But despite his crush, Harry keeps an eye on Snape (Alan Rickman) and Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton), who may be responsible for attacks on the school. HALF-BLOOD PRINCE deftly balances the humor of Hogwarts heartbreak and the thrills of dark villains attacking the school. The cast is as talented as ever, and the youngest members--Radcliffe, Grint, and Watson--have developed their talent well. However, this film is most remarkable for its fine cinematography ...

One of the most innovative rock bands of the 1980's, The Police made edgy, often spooky pop music that was infused with a distinctly reggae beat. Icily handsome lead singer Sting and risk-taking drummer Stewart Copeland anchored the band's unique sound, and The Police became as successful as they were revolutionary. GREATEST HITS includes the music videos for all of their chart toppers, from the undeniably catchy "De Do Do Do De Da Da Da" (as British comedy character Alan Partridge described it -- "their gibberish classic") to the eerie love song "I'll Be Watching You." NTSC/Region 0. Import only collection released to coincide with the band's 30th Anniversary. Features 16 video clips including four tracks that did not make the US 'Every Breath You Take: The Classics' collection, 'So Lonely', 'The Beds To Big Without You', 'Synchronicity 2' and 'Tea In The Sahara'. This import edition also contains the original versions of 'Message In The Bottle' and 'Don't Stand So Close ...

The conclusion to the ultraviolent Japanese anime series GUYVER: THE BIO-BOOSTED ARMOR introduces new characters and a complex storyline. VOL. 7: ARMOR OF THE GODS presents the final three episodes of the show, which take place a year after the last installment. As both Guyvers are still missing in action, the evil Chronos Corporation now rules the world. The salvation of humanity now depends on high school student Agito Makishima and the creation of a new Guyver unit. The Relic has been destroyed and Sho is presumed dead. Apparently, the world now belongs to Chronos. A year has passed, and with both Guyvers missing in action, Chronos' grip on society grows tighter. Fugitives Tetsuro and Mizuki are forced into hiding, scrounging desperately for any news that Sho is still alive. When Chronos agents close in, they're forced to rely on Aptom to protect them from their Zoanoid adversaries. ...
