Closed Captioned; Soundtrack English In order to avoid flunking science class, Michael Harlan needs to come up with a first-rate project. When he finds a strange-looking object, he decides to pass it off as his creation, not realizing that it is a machine that can travel through time. Soon an assortment of historical figures, cavemen, and monsters have found their way to Michael's school...and Michael's not quite sure how to send them back. Michael (John Stockwell), a high school senior, and his friend Ellie (Danielle von Zerneck) scavenge a mysterious object from a military scrapyard for Michael to use in a science project. Soon after, the try to figure out what the object does, and find that it propels the entire student population into another dimension, and with a capacity for destruction the world has never known. I never heard of this film until recently and am sure glad I found it! This is a great 80's comedy gem that is so unpredictable it's great. It's about Mike, a high school senior that has to come up with a science project or not graduate. He finds this odd looking device (which ends up being a time warp) in an airplane junkyard and slowly but surely it builds up energy and unloads hell! Dennis Hopper was hilarious as the hippie science teacher, Bob Roberts. "My Science Project" is filled with lots of action and laughs, definitly check this out.

i can't explain it its just a must see movie. There's science and time travel. but the people don't travel, things from the future and past come to them and it turns into a warzone. From dinosaurs to creatures from the endtimes. YOU GOT TO SEE THIS

A GREAT MOVIE FOR THOSE WHO LIKE MYSELF LOVE COOL MUSCLE CARS AND HOT CHICS AND ACTION ADVENTURE. IT ALSO HAS SOME GOOD SONGS IN IT ALTHOUGH THERE ISN'T A SOUNDTRACK AVAILABLE. STILL A MUST SEE MOVIE. GOOD STUFF.
