The destruction of the DARK organization has left Jiro wandering from town to town and pondering whether or not he would ever see Mitsuko again, but it is during this journey in which Jiro encounters a beautiful girl named Rieko who is protecting a little boy from the evil Professor Gill. After the demolition of the DARK organization, Jiro wanders throughout the land pondering his life and whether or not he will ever again see Mitsuko. His attention turns outward, however, when he meets lovely Rieko and Akira, the son of the evil Professor Gill, whom Rieko protects. When Jiro learns that Akira harbors knowledge of Gill's newest secret weapon, he teams with siblings Ichiro and Kikaider 00 to protect the child from his father's evil robot minions Hakaider and Bijinder. This mecha Animé series is the second animated remake of the classic 1972 live-action television series KIKAIDA.
