3 stars Misleading
The title boasts that this is a DVD for weight loss. I went thru several routines already and the routine is slow moving that you'll never get your heart rate up. The instruction is pretty good: the narrator tells you exactly how your body position should be. But, it is flawed because she'll (the narrator is a female) will skip steps and suddenly while you're still on the floor the video shows you should be on your feet. The plus side is that there are many routine options.
