This story has joy, sorrow, pain, resentment, forgiveness, compation, friendship, and love. All emotions are felt and expressed with such realism. You cry with Marty when she becomes a widow. You cry with Missy when she shows how much she misses her mom. You feel for Clark when he has to ask a woman to become his wife just for convents. But love can grow out of unusual situations.

They need more movies like this one it was good for the whole family.

I sat home and watched all of the movies on the Hallmark channel all day long. I couldn't take myself away for a minute. What a lovely series. I will recommend this movie for anyone to watch. I love God and no matter what you go through in life He is always there. Just call out to him.

Theis movie was good, but it didn't follow the book as closely as I had hoped. I loved the book and there were things left out that should have been included.
In fact, throughout the 3 shows I've seen, liberties have been taken with the books and, for me, it has detracted from the show. I love anything Janette Oke has written.

My family loved this movie. We bought all the sequels to it. They are awesome also. Would Highly recommend it to everyone!

Marcel Langenegger makes his feature-film directorial debut with the aptly titled DECEPTION, a film about secrets and lies. Jonathan McQuarry (Ewan McGregor) feels that life is passing him by.
