Aerosmith - You Gotta Move video
$23.19 Very few Led Zeppelin performances were caught on camera during the band's life-span, but the footage that has been preserved for posterity is collected on this release. With a running time of over five-and-a-half hours, this is the definitive word on Zep's global stage-straddling performances. The footage is taken from London's Royal Albert Hall in January 1970, London's Earls Court in May 1975, Knebworth in August 1979, and Madison Square Garden in July 1973. Guitarist Jimmy Page has taken great care to restore, remix, and remaster the sound from these shows, providing a visual and sonic assault that offers indisputable proof of Led Zeppelin's reputation as a rock & roll behemoth. Additional footage comes in the shape of several television interviews, ...

Aerosmith - You Gotta Move DVD
$23.19 The list of accomplishments and accolades accumulated by The Eagles is too long to recount, their music having been a staple of American music since the 1970s, and their popularity never waning. With five number-one singles and four number-one albums, two of which are among the best-selling records of all time, the group has helped form the backbone of classic rock; hits like "Desperado," "Hotel California," and "Lyin' Eyes" are instantly recognizable and timeless. After helping to popularize the Southern California rock sound of the '70s, the group--at this point made up of Joe Walsh, Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Timothy Schmit--broke ...

Could have been; Should have been; but wasn't! Aerosmith has always been one of my favorite bands, and yes they can still play (even though they are all showing the age terribly - esp. Brad Whitford), but the thing that just killed this DVD was that not ONLY did they talk over (commentary) the beginning of just about every song (I mean, how rude. I just detest it when a DJ does this on the radio!), but during one song and I mean during the guitar solo, someone starts talking again! That is flat out unacceptable in my book. The 6 bonus songs they did under the Special Features (which were also taken from the concert) were better as it was straight forward music; no bonehead running his mouth. Anyway, they did a very good job of Sweet Emotion - one of the highlights of the show. I think Aerosmith needs to release a complete video collection. I think that would sell much, much better. A GREAT SHOW DESPITE This concert was great despite the talking of the band members during the start of almost every song. The set had mostly great tunes without a doubt. The songs I didn't care too much for were STOP MESSIN AROUND,NEVER LOVED A GIRL,FEVER,RATS IN THE CELLAR and LAST CHILD. n Submitted by Joel (Miami Fla.) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
