Longing to find someone her size, she falls in love with a fairy prince, Cornelius (Gary Imhoff), only to be kidnapped by a band of show business toads and their singing Ma (Charo). That's just the beginning of Thumbelina's adventures and her quest to be reunited with her prince--and it's an adventure filled with danger and excitement. Tiny Thumbelina meets and falls for enchanted fairy Prince Cornelius who is as tiny as she is. But before their romance can bloom, she is kidnapped by a brood of show-buisness toads, waylaid by a scheming beetle and betrothed to a befuddled mole.
