Aphex Twin Biography
Aphex Twin albums As a young boy growing up in Cornwall, England, Richard James made his first music by banging found objects together. Whether he's working under the moniker Artist, Polygon Window, or AFX, James has continued to experiment with sound in increasingly sophisticated ways. He might be producing eerie ambient soundscapes where very little moves, or brutally beat-crazy dance music, but Artist remains a fixture on the forefront of electronic music.
