She took her guitar to camp at age 7.
In jr. high,she played the clarinet in the orchestra and band. In high school,she played the oboe in the orchestra and band.
Jane was influenced by Andres Segovia as well as Billie Holiday. She has a degree in classical guitar and has sung at Yankee Stadium.
