Fleshtones Biography
The Artist formed in Queens in 1976, built around the core songwriting duo of singer Peter Zaremba and guitarist Keith Streng. After winning over New York City audiences with their R&B-influenced garage rock, they made their recorded debut with the 1979 single "American Beat," followed by 1982's full-length ROMAN GODS. More than a dozen studio and live albums followed over the decades, with the band marking their 30th anniversary in 2006 and releasing their 11th studio album, TAKE A GOOD LOOK, two years later.
