San Agustin songs. Under the Haunted House moniker, American post-rock trio San Augustin has recorded collaboratively with Loren Mazzacane Connors on occasion. The group has also released numerous independent albums in the drone rock/improvisation style similarly explored by Pelt and the Dead C. On Amokhali, the trio works in suspended slow-motion patterns that revolve around simple resonating phrases, like a rock trio stripped of all content -- just leaving a bare skeleton of tone traces behind.
