Terry Stafford - Suspicion CD

Bought the cd due to the song of the same name. Suspicion is a real good song. The other songs are pretty good as well, and it's easy to listen to. I like to compare the songs to the way Elvis sang them. Stafford definitely sang Suspicion better than Elvis, only because of the arrangement, not due to the voice. Had Elvis done it that way, there would have been another million seller.

on first play I was disappointed in songs on the album other than the title song,it wasn't untill I had played the album 2-3 times I started to appreciate what I had bought

 Growing Appreciation
I thought I originally heard this during the late 1970's. I heard it again on a Friday night during Nov 1982 and enjoyed it immensely. My point is simply that it is a recording that grows on you as time goes by. I would like to know a bit more about Mr. Stafford. Place of birth etc. Can anyone help us - his fans?
