virtuoso
un disco que me hace poner la piel de gallina, hermoso, potente y melodico como pocos, con un final increible con esa balada maravillosa, altamente recomendado para fans de guitarristas melodicos

move over vinnie moore!
this album was a breath of fresh air when it was first released in 1988. those of us used to guitar virtuosity in a metal genre, had thought that the likes of vinnie moore, yngwie malmstein and others were the wave of the future. along comes greg howe to blow the lid off of the guitar playing world, with his unique style, and flare. and he has only gotten better as the years have passed. each disc he has produced ( including collaborations with ritchie kotzen), have progressed and showcased his unique talents. i suggest anyone who is a lover of instrumental or jazz, or even metal music, for that matter, give it a listen. you won't be disappointed.

GREAT
In 1987 Greg Howe was the jazz-metal shredder's first record for Shrapnel Records, that had never recorded anyone comparable to the Pennsylvania native. This potent release combines bluesy elements with Howe’s own incredible state-of-the-art technique. Laden with adventurous rhythm tracks from poll-winning bassist Billy Sheehan and progressive drummer Atma Anur, Greg Howe has become a mainstay of guitar fans everywhere. Howe is an extremely talented guitarist who plays blindingly fast on top-notch tracks such as "Bad Racket" and "Straight Up."
