Much unlike Howarth's past soundtrack releases, this album is surprisingly lifeless -- the scores consist of harsh piano playing and synthesizer effects that fail to obtain the listener's attention. Halloween 5 also contains five songs from unknown artists, which also take away all atmosphere the album intended to create. Fans of the Halloween scores would probably want to stick with the first four soundtracks. ~ Barry Weber
Original score written by John Carpenter and Alan Howarth.
this ones a winner
I an a big micahel myers fan, and i would just like to say that michael myers is not just a man behind the mast, but a ledgend. i absolutely 100%thought that this movie was better than halloween 4 and definitally halloween 3. but i think that the part with jamie in the attic with her uncle was a bit confusing because what i want to know is why when she said uncle mikey, let me see why does he unwind from the curse and become nice towards his neice? that is what i dont understand. no amtter how many times i see this movie i am still confused. but i still think this movie si a great one!
