As an avid listener of film scores I was so surprised when I watched 'Gettysburg' the movie recently that I just had to get the soundtrack! Amazing. What music this is! Cracking theme & orchestrations. Almost on a par with Dances with Wolves. Go and order this soundtrack today!!!

5 stars one of the best soundtracks of all time
the best soundtrack produced; right up there with John Barry's excellent soundtrack from 'Dances with Wolves' Have had the soundtrack for 4 years now, play it often, and do not tire of the music. Ranges from very powerful to serene.

5 stars Majestic and enthralling
If you loved the movie, you have to have this soundtrack. Even if you didn't see the movie, any classical music lover will appreciate "Gettysburg". Selections range from soothing to "get up and go" music. Orchestration is superb. This would make a great gift for any Civil War buff!
