The Goo Goo Dolls wicked side
Having first heard "Gutterflower" and becoming a Goo addict, I sought to find every album they ever produced. After purchasing "Jed," I was amazed at the music before me. The album is very fast and not like the Goo's previous music, however, I enjoyed the album. To know that the Goo Goo Dolls started out as a garage band and evolved into something wonderful as they are today is great. Being a John Rzeznik fan myself, I looked forward to his songs. However, he only sings two, "Up Yours" w(which is very funny) and "James Dean," a song where he critizies his own life and wishes he was someone else. This album is a must for any fan of bass player Robby Takac, and even though his voice is not my favorite in the world, I do have to hand it to him, he does do a nice job at producing some great music.
