The combination of Philadelphia vocal trio the Delfonics and genius producer Thom Bell was a potent force, resulting in 19 R&B hit singles on the Philly Groove label. All but the minor hit "Alfie" appear here, together with two album tracks, "Loving Him" and "Delfonics Theme." Virtually all the songs were written in-house (a dozen are credited to Bell/Hart). My wife pass away in January 2005 and after a few months I met another lady and this song "You make me feel brand new" came at the right time. This CD the Best of the Stylistics is one of the greatest CD's that I've heard. Thank you for making it available for purchase.

I'd forgotten had good these guys really were. "I'm stoned in love..." is so smooth and a great tune. I enjoyed this easy listening music very much.

5 stars Love Songs Worth Listening To!
I loved these songs when I first heard them in the 70's. Singing is so clear and beautiful - love the voices. They make me feel wonderful and I love to listen to them. I get very sentimental when I hear them. I decided to buy this cd after hearing the Stylistics on one of the PBS funding raising shows.
