THIS IS A TEN STAR ALBUM BUT, WAIT TO BUY THIS UNTIL 2007...
...when it will reissued by Sony. This album will be remastered soon in 2007 on it's 30th anniversary. This is, without a doubt, Electric Light Orchestra's best album. It is one of the few full length albums (from any artist) that you can listen to all the way through from beginning to end without skipping any songs. I can't wait for the new remaster because, this masterpiece seriously deserves a proper reissue with top quality sound and original liner notes.

Good ELO album but lots of filler
This (originally double) album has its high points, but certainly its low points too. With great tunes like "Turn to Stone" and "Mr. Blue Sky", this could have been as good as the albums before (New World Record) and after (Discovery) if it weren't issued as a double album.

ELO At There Height
I think I'm the youngest ELO fan out there. I'm only 12 but I just love these guys. Out of the Blue was one of ELO finests albums. Each song on it had the pontential of a hit. This is when Jeff Lynne was really into ELO and some of his best work is on this album.
