Long live Iron Maiden!
As important and essential a comeback album as AC/DC's 'Back In Black'.

Still In My CD Changer!
Not one weak song on the entire LP! Power chords, hooks, choruses, synth, the "Siren", great production, fantastic lyrics, a totally incredible work by Maiden! I can't wait for "Dance of Death" due out Sept 03!
Iron Maiden is still incredible!

Maiden is BACK!!
It is hard to believe that a band that's been around as long as Iron Maiden STILL cranks out such inspired music. I've seen many bands around for maybe a tenth of Maiden's lifespan who begin to sound uninspired and dull.
Bruce Dickinson's voice is strong, Steve Harris' bass is booming, the guitars, the drums, the keys, everything works very well.
Brave New World is a fine Iron Maiden album and a worthy addition to any music collection. Songs like "Out of the Silent Planet" feature all the best elements Maiden had to offer in their illustrious career. It's difficult for me to pick one favorite song, as they're all winners.

Doesn't do much for me.
Considering the fact that I grew up listening to their classic albums like Piece of Mind, Number of the Beast, etc. I wasn't surprised that this album was a letdown to me. The bar they set with their earlier music will never be topped. While their newer work isn't bad it just doesn't compare to their classic stuff.

Whew!
I thought I was the only one who liked this since it's been overshadowed by their more recent INCREDIBLE new age of power metal era album, A Matter of Life and Death, but this is more than worth picking up. The production isn't up there with the rest of these new power metal albums but this still delivers and it's 5 stars. Blood Brothers is my favorite off of here.
