 Jake E. Lee's Masterpiece
This is an essential Ozzy era! Definately, the best tracks are The Ultimate Sin, Secret Loser, Never, and Shot In The Dark...It shows a unique, dark maturity in his talent, just before Zack came along. Definately, the Ultimate Ozzy! Zack was nice, but before Ozzy came Home to Mama, he was a Secret Loser!!

 A great album, unduly panned
Wasn't "Shot in the Dark" a #1 single, for The Ozzman? I pretty much thought ALL of the tracks were good. It's no BLIZZARD OF OZZ or NO REST FOR THE WICKED, but it was nicely done, by Ozzy -- a definate winner. I would reccomend buying it. I think it should have been included in the remasters, but then, I have several complaints about tho 2002 Epic Records remasters.

 One of The Madman's Best !!
This albums features Ozzy in the prime of his career. He approached this album with a great attitude , but we all know that didn't last long. soon after this was cut , Ozzy fired Jake E. Lee. The songs are awesome. I would recommend this to the budding musicians out there.

 Highly underrated
While this album doesn't rank with "Blizzard of Ozz", "Diary of a Madman", or "No More Tears", it is one of Ozzy's best. It was a definite improvement over the so-so "Bark at the Moon" and it was much better than "No Rest for the Wicked" and "Ozzmosis" (although, the fact is, that the next bad Ozzy album will be the first. "Killer of Giants" was one of his best ever songs. It really disappointed me that he didn't include a single song from "Ultimate Sin" on his greatest hits album.

 Ozzy at his best
Ozzy's best album hands down. The songs, the guitar, the drums they are all first rate.
