Parental Advisory Diabolus In Musica Music Review Average Rating: (4.5 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews MIERDA IN MUSICA After the first listen ,I tossed this one in the garbage. Not recomended for old-slayer fans or fans of true Metal for that matter!

Return of the Nightmare! After Undisputed Attitude, Slayer returned with a vengance. Each song seems to rip a piece of your soul, bit by bit and tosses it into the fires of Hell. Nothing short of a nuclear blast delivers the punch, this album does. Thank God for making Slayer angry once more. Submitted by brucereville (Martinez, Ga) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Slayer are still slayer. When diabolus came out in '98 , alot of slayerfans said that "slayer sold out bigtime" , I said "THIS IS REALLY GOOD STUFF". They created some old slayer music with new influences , the first song BITTER PEACE was the song that said "slayer sold out" but when the intro finished 1 minute later , it went really fast like highspeed , STAIN OF MIND is not really a typical slayer song but a groovy , heavy song . SCRUM and PERVERSIONS OF PAIN are the two of my slayer favourites . PERVERSIONS OF PAIN starts loud and hard , but when kerry's solo comes on , it gets more highspeed , SCRUM starts off like HELL AWAITS and gets into more highspeed than every song on that album . The last song POINT is more heavy and a real headbanger , a real typical slayer song . Diabolus is the best slayer album ever .

Sellout?! NO WAY!! Alot of people thought slayer had "sold out" like Metallica , some thought they are going industrial . Well now you thought WRONG , because Slayer are still Slayer . Diabolus is the best album they put out in '98 and still the best album to date . They created old slayer music with some new influences , and they still manage to do it that way . I dare you people to buy it NOW! Submitted by teresap (victoria, australia) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Diabolus In Musica CD music
$18.69 Clocking in at a taut nine songs in 39 minutes without a second of filler, The End Complete may be the definitive Obituary album. The band's third, it marks the return of lead guitarist Allen West and it also marks an impressive leap forward in production. The songwriting and playing on Obituary's past albums had been commendable, and The End Complete is no exception in that regard. Rather, it's the return of West and the remarkable production job by Scott Burns that sets this album apart from its predecessors. The return of West is important not only because his solos are one of the band's trademarks but also because he's an integral songwriter, here co-penning four of the nine songs. The crystal-clear, in-your-face production of Burns is not to be underestimated, either. If anything had marred Obituary's past two albums, both of them otherwise excellent, it was the murkiness of the sound, especially the drums. That's not an issue here at all, however, as Obituary have never sounded this great. The guitar tones ...

Diabolus In Musica music CDs
$15.05 On its sixth album, Brazil's most famous head-banging outfit takes a page from the nu-metal book but, more importantly, combines its brutal thrash-metal sound with indigenous music from its homeland, occasionally utilizing the percussion and chants of the country's Xavantes tribe to powerful effect. The biggest standouts are the lively, acoustic-guitar-driven "Itsari" and the epic closer "Canyon Jam," both improvisations with Xavantes musicians that make for welcome contrasts to the record's intense bombast. Elsewhere, Brazilian percussionist Carlinhos Brown drives the rhythm-laden "Ratamahatta," a track ...

$20.19 For the past 20 years I’ve played my guitar and sang my songs for lots of wonderful people. I’ve played from the Bayou’s of Louisiana, towns along the Gulf of Mexico, out west in Arizona, Florida and the Keys, the coast of Georgia, South Carolina, my home in North Carolina and a lot of places in between. It has been great! This experience has been made so special because of the people I’ve met. The large assortment of folks, one meets in bars and honky-tonks, my fellow fisherman either, commercial or sports fisherman and my musician buddies. What touches ...
