 Breathtaking!
The this soundtrack is "breathtaking." In my opinion Miklos Rozsa is one of the few composers who can truly "capture" the human spirit when it comes to evoking feelins. He was the John Williams (ET, Star Wars, etc...) of his day. I am not really "in" to movie soundtracks, but I really really enjoy this one. To give you a perspective on this, I also enjoy the John William's soundtrack such as Jaws, ER, the entire Star Wars set and Superman to name a few. The Ben Hur soundtrack also brings to mind Wagner, Liszt to name a couple of "classical composers." I highly recommend this CD.

 amazing...!!!
this soundtrack is simply ...fantastic ! especially for the roman marches , truly based on ancient roman military music.I can tell you that by sure ! i am an italian customer fascinated by Rome's history ,and this double cd is a really "little jewel". fabio .

 Epic music
Miklos Rosza was the icon of the soundtrack epic music during that time; you could remenber, he made the soundtrack of others greats epic classic movies; however through BEHHUR, he described many feelings: revenge, love, hope!. I liked it, especially like Rosza recreates the great Roman Empire through the music.
