| | Ub40 - Homegrown In Holland Live DVD (2004)
Breathing: The Master Key To Self Healing songs
$15.65 UB40 take their name from a British unemployment benefit form, and the group themselves met in a welfare line; the group's working-class roots make themselves heard in their earlier work through their left-leaning, streetwise lyrics. Later the band began to concentrate their considerable talent for reggae-tinged pop music by resurrecting reggae oldies, and this live show played in Holland is exemplary of this period. Included are all of their most loved hits, such as "The Way You Do the Things You Do," "Red Red Wine," "Can't Help Falling in Love With You," "Food for Thought," and "Kingston Town."
Filmed in Rotterdam at the Ahoy Theater, this DVD showcases UB40 at the peak of their creativity. Performing for over 33,000 fans over a three-night period,, ...
| | Nawang Khechog Music As Medicine CD (2005)
Breathing: The Master Key To Self Healing album
$11.69 The titles of the album's compositions--"Healing Through Kindness;" "Harmony in Balance;" "Calls of Compassion to Humanity"--reinforce the spiritual consciousness at the center of MUSIC AS MEDICINE. Likewise, the music feels deeply considered and benevolent, with Khechog's perfectly executed flute lines soaring through the atmosphere like birds on the wind. MUSIC AS MEDICINE makes good on its title, and is as beautiful and deeply healing an album of instrumental music as one is likely to find.

Breathing: The Master Key To Self Healing Music Review Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) Feel the difference! I had heard of and had read previously of the benefits of breathwork, but I truly had no idea how profoundly I could benefit from such a daily practice. I followed Dr. Weil through the one-hour session everyday, and after three months I can honestly say I have never felt more calm, relaxed, at ease, peaceful, mindful, and on and on. Apolgies if I'm gushing, but since I improved myself (by reconditioning my entire being through breathwork), virtually all areas of my life are better now as I am truly more free to enjoy them and engage fully w/o expectations.
