The soundtrack for this teen ballet flick has the flavor of a high school dance recital. Aside from the drama inherent in the lives of those who pursue the terpsichorean muse, the film is enlivened by a group of songs that are pretty danceworthy in and of themselves; included is a fine sampling of some popular contemporary pop and R&B artists. It's an animated collection of energetic modern music.

Center Stage soundtrack review I love this CD and love the movie to death and anyone who has seen the movie will just love the CD i listen to it every morning when im getting ready and also listen to it if im sad because its just so up beat and happy and im a Ballet dancer so even right before i take class i listen to the whole soundtrack when im stretching before class starts on my ipod. its just makes you want to get up and start dancing just like the movie does soo to everyone who likes Ballet i suggest you watch the movie and for anyone who lloves up beat music and enjoyed seeing the movie then i suggest you must get the soundtrack it will just make you soooo happy and its worth while the money trust me!!!!!!!
